Strategic Investors

The Promoter (KICL) will invest Rs 10M as seed capital in the company and is seeking 2-3 Strategic Investors to invest between Rs 20-30M as Seed Capital in the company to raise Rs 100M as the initial capital of the company.

Once the initial capital of Rs 100M has been raised, a further Rs 150M will be raised by way of Private Placement from select Corporate and High Net Worth Individuals to increase the total Stated Capital of the company to Rs 250M.
